1. Information to the user

Nazaríes Information Technologies, S.L. is responsible for the processing of the User's personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons and the Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD) with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. For what purposes do we process your personal data?

We process the data of interested parties for the management and development of communications, such as contacting users, resolving inquiries, quote requests, etc., as well as providing the services requested and performing our activity. If you send us your CV, we may use your data in our recruitment process to select the best candidate for the vacancy we offer. CVs will be retained for a maximum of one year, after which they will be securely deleted. Total respect for confidentiality will be guaranteed during processing and upon destruction. What kind of data do we handle?

In addition to the various data collection methods mentioned earlier and the different processing purposes described above, we would like to inform you about the types of data that we can handle in our information system:

  • Name.
  • Contact details: telephone and e-mail.
  • Curricular data.

How long will we keep your data?

We will keep your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you as a customer or other data subject. We will also keep the data until you request its deletion or when there is a legal requirement to retain them. Once the data are no longer necessary for the purposes they were collected, they will be deleted to ensure their confidentiality.

What makes the processing of your data legitimate?

The legitimate basis for processing your data will be consent or the legitimate interest of the Responsible to respond to user inquiries.

Who will be sent your data?

The data of the interested parties will not be provided to third parties, except when under legal obligation to do so.

What are your rights when you provide us with, or we process your data?

As an interested party, you may at any time ask us to exercise any of the following data protection rights:

  • Access your data: You have the right to access your data to know which personal data we are processing about you.
  • Request the rectification or deletion of your data: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to rectify any personal data that you believe are inaccurate and pertain to you, and is processed by the entities. You also have the right to request the deletion of your data when, for instance, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes they were collected.
  • Request the restriction of the processing of your data: You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your data under certain circumstances. In such cases, we will only keep the data for which you have requested restriction of processing for the exercise or defense of claims.
  • To the portability of your data: Under certain circumstances, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have it transmitted by us to another data controller.
  • Object the processing of your data: Under certain circumstances and for reasons relating to your situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. If you object, we would stop processing your data unless we must continue to do so for compelling legitimate reasons or the exercise or defense of possible claims.

2. COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By ticking the boxes and filling in the fields of the quote form, users explicitly, freely, and unmistakably accept that their data are required for the provider to process their request. Providing data in the remaining fields is optional.

The user guarantees that the provided data are true, accurate, complete, and up- to-date. They are liable for any direct or indirect damages that may be caused by non-compliance with this obligation.

In case the user provides data belonging to a third party, they guarantee that they have informed said third party of all the aspects contained in this Privacy Policy and obtained their consent to provide us with their data for the specified processing purpose. This shall be done before providing any third party's data.

If the data are incomplete, we cannot guarantee that the information and services provided will be tailored to your needs.
