New ticket sales portal fully integrated with the ticketing backend tool.
Until now, the client's marketing team had to do double the work, registering the thousands of events they hold annually in the ticketing system, and at the same time, registering them on the TuBoleta website with repeated information such as availability, dates, prices, etc. This posed a significant workload and a potential source of errors in copying this information.
From Nazaríes, we proposed redesigning the TuBoleta website with several objectives:
- New look & feel
- Simplification of the event registration process on the website – direct synchronization with the ticketing system
The project involved a new website, designed by Nazaríes, built on a Drupal foundation, and fully synchronized with the ticketing backend.
The project is hosted on an AWS infrastructure, fully scalable and secure.
Our participation
In this project, we have been involved from the conception phase, design, implementation, infrastructure support, and deployment – including documentation and training for the client's team – both in marketing and infrastructure management.

Advanced and Customized Search on the Homepage
One of the standout features of the new TuBoleta website is its advanced search, located directly on the homepage. This tool allows users to filter events very precisely and conveniently, thanks to multiple search options. In addition to searching by event type (such as concerts, matches, theater plays, etc.), users can refine results by specific categories, exact dates, or date ranges. Keyword searches are also possible, making it easier to find specific events by simply entering related terms. All of this provides a fast, efficient, and fully personalized browsing experience, saving time and improving accessibility.
New Visualization
The new TuBoleta homepage not only offers a new feature with the search tool, but also provides an enhanced visual experience. Interactive sections have been added to highlight the most important events, allowing users to easily discover what’s trending. Additionally, the page features multimedia content, such as promotional videos, concert previews, or sneak peeks of upcoming events, helping to create a more emotional connection with users. This type of visual content not only makes the website more attractive, but also, the combination of featured events and dynamic visual content significantly improves the browsing experience and event promotion on the platform.
Automatic Synchronization of the Catalog and Real-Time Availability.
One of the main improvements on the TuBoleta website is the direct integration with Secutix, an advanced ticketing and event management platform. Thanks to this integration, the event catalog and ticket availability are automatically synchronized with the Secutix system, ensuring that the information displayed on the website is always accurate and updated in real time. This means that any change in ticket availability, whether tickets have sold out or new tickets have been added, is reflected on the website, with no risk of outdated information. Additionally, any changes to the ticket offering, whether due to location changes, dates, new additional sessions, or cancellations, are automatically reflected on the platform. This automatic synchronization not only improves efficiency but also provides greater reliability and transparency, ensuring a smooth and surprise-free purchasing experience for users.
